Service Information

All our vehicles are fitted with tracker systems, so finding the nearest vehicle to respond to your call takes second; speeding up response times.

Our ambulances are purpose built, in-line with those currently used by the NHS ambulance service The reason for this is simple; patient safety, comfort and the ability to provide outstanding care to our patients.

We believe the patients journey starts with us. We consider that we represent either the receiving hospital, consultant or general practitioner and our professionalism and care is an extension to the referrer and receiving hospital.

We call the hospital with an estimated time of arrival and give an update on the patients condition which allows preparation time for the hand over.
